The March EOM and the Easter extra-long weekend combination is not to be missed! Dyurrite/Mt Arapiles provides magnificent climbing days in autumn. There are plenty of options when choosing cliffs at this time of the year. Depending on the weather, a romp up the Watchtower faces or the shade of Central Gully Right might be best. Go for a walk and climb at some of the more distant cliffs for a bit more solitude.

We will be camping in The Pines, close to the action. There is no better rock to fondle than the hard quartzite of Arapiles, so contact your Trip Leader, Janet Cunningham, to register your interest.

These EOM@Araps/Dyurrite trips are intended for all levels of climbers, however Beginner spaces are limited by the number of experienced leaders who come along. It is recommended that Beginners contact the Trip Leader as soon as possible.

All intending participants must contact the trip leader prior to the trip. Please send through some details about your experience and climbing gear and hopefully we’ll see you there.

Car-pooling will be facilitated using a google spreadsheet for those who are interested. This is optional and each individual needs to make their own risk assessment regarding COVID and choosing to car-pool.
