The VCC Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 24th September at The Retreat Hotel in Abbotsford. The meeting will start at 7:30pm. Meals and drinks available.

The AGM will feature all the usual AGM Reports, Voting for the new Committee, Reports and Speeches. There is also a vote on the possible affiliation of the VCC to the Australian Climbing Association Victoria (ACAV). See Argus or our Facebook Page for more details and to vote by proxy.

The annual VCC Trip Leaders Rewards Raffle will also be drawn at the conclusion of the formal part of the meeting. This raffle is for VCC Trip Leaders who qualify by having run at least one trip since the previous AGM. The more trips that the leaders have run, the more tickets that they have in the raffle. Many wonderful prizes have been donated by our generous sponsors and supporters. This is sure to be a keenly anticipated part of the evening.

At the end of the meeting the Golden Hex & Corroded Cam Awards for Climbing Photography will be voted on by those members present. To enter your images you need to upload your best five (or less) climbing related photos using the link in the September Argus.
